3. How do I register with Singapore Home Care Nursing Agency?
Ans : 2 ways - You can either submit your request via a simple Request Form, or alternatively, you can call us directly at Tel : (65) 8339 9158 and a coordinator will gladly assist you.

4. Upon accepting the assigned private nurse, do I have to pay Singapore Home Nursing for the service rendered?
Ans : No.

5. What is the home care nursing fees if I only need 2 weeks of home care?
Ans : The quoted home healthcare nursing rate is based on daily rate of 8 hours per day.

6. Does the private nursing care include medical accessories like syrine, tubes, etc?
Ans : No, as there is no service applied cost to patient's family. Hence, it is the responsibility of the patient's family to provide all the required medical accessories to ensure the nursing assignment could be performed professionally. 

7. How long do I have to wait before I am assigned a qualified home care nurse?
Ans : Upon recieving your registration, our coordinator will expediate your request and reply to you within 48 hours.

8. What are the payment mode available for the administration fees?
Ans : We prefer direct Interbank Transfer to our DBS account.

9) How do I verify the home aid private nurse's qualifications?
Ans: You can verify the registered nurse's license with SNB [https://www.snb.gov.sg/snb/nursesearch.do?notprotected=y]. Please contact us immediately in the event of discrepency.

10) Is there a minimum job/ fee clause?
Ans : No.

11) What if the assigned nurse is not suitable - can I request for change?
Ans: Yes. You can. In Singapore Home Nursing, it is our mission to connect you a qualified and dedicated home care nurse.

Questions from Registed Nurse/ Caregiver

1. Do I have to pay for the registration?
Ans : Registration is Free of Charge

2. How do I register with Singapore Home Nursing as a private nurse or caregiver?
Ans : You are require to fill in the requirements under NURSE REGISTRATION to join in our Network of home care nurses. All personal information and qualification attained must be accurately filled in.

3. Upon accepting the assignment, do I have to pay Singapore Home Nursing for the service rendered?
Ans : No.

4) What is the minimum qualification requirement for nurse?
Ans: You must be a registered nurse or enrolled nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

5) Do I need to show proof of my qualifications?
Ans: Yes, in order to uphold our patient-private nurses matching agency professionalism, you are required to bring your certificates (Original or Certified True Copies) on the 1st day of assignment for verification by the patient's family. We take a very serious view of any home care nurse mispresenting his/ her qualifications. We will not hesitate to blacklist private nurse in our database and ceased all immediate assignment placements with Singapore Home Nursing.

6) After accepting the assignment, can I reject the job?
Ans : Yes, but a minimum 72hours advance notice is required so that another suitable private nurse or caregiver could be deploy. However, in the event of no advance notice or less than 72 hours, we will charge you an administration cost of $100.
