Singapore Home Nursing - Terms of
Services
1. Registration
All are welcome to register as a Patient's family or Home Care
Private Nurse with
(a service by Dynamic eBiz) if you meet all the criteria as
stipulated in our Terms of Services.
2. Registration Fee
There is No registration fee for Nurses. However,
SingaporeHomeNursing.com (a service by Dynamic eBiz) reserves
all rights to reject your registration (for example : not a
incomplete information given, etc).
3. Eligibility
3.1. Nursing License
For a nurse to be eligible, you must be a Singapore
Citizen/Singapore permanent resident or hold a valid
working pass. You must be at least 18 years old. You must
be a registered nurse with Singapore
Nursing Board (SNB) as a licensed practising nurse
in Singapore. You must ensure your nursing license is valid
throughout the whole period of job placement with Singapore
Home Nursing.
3.2. Professional Indemnity Insurance
In additional to 3.1. We strongly encourage you to have a
valid a professional indemnity insurance coverage. For more

4. Assignment
SingaporeHomeNursing.com (a service by Dynamic eBiz) reserves
all rights to assign home care nursing jobs as deem relevant to
patient family's requirement. No question will be entertained,
whatsoever.
5. Payment
The assignment fee will be collected in minimum 2
parts, depending on the nature of the booking
requirement.
(i) Booking confirmation which forms part
of the assignment fee; this is non-refundable in
the event of cancellation.
(ii) Thereafter, weekly payment.
Patient's family will credit payment due into Singapore Home
Nursing account via direct Interbank Funds transfer to DBS
account.
6. Cancellation of Assignment
After an accepted assignment, if however the nurse decides to
cancel the assignment before the first duty, you are obliged to
inform
(a service by Dynamic eBiz) via phone call (65) 8339
5198 with minimum advance notice of 72 hours before the
first duty commences.
Failing to notify or with insufficient notice, an
administrative charge of SGD 100 will be imposed.
7. Termination of Assignment
Patient and nurses are highly encouraged to commit to at
least 2 days of duty. This allows a minimum period for
both the patient and nurse to accustomed to each other's style
of care and habits.
8. Verification of Qualifications
All licensed nurses
are registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). You can
verify nurse license at SNB website : https://www.snb.gov.sg/snb/nursesearch.do?notprotected=y
9. Disclaimer
SingaporeHomeNursing.com (a service by Dynamic eBiz) is not
responsible for resolving any conflict or disagreement that may
arise between patient/ patient's family and nurse. However, we
are always prepared to offer our views and suggestions.
Singapore Home Nursing will not be liable for any indirect,
special or consequential damages arising in connection with the
use of this website.
In additional, Singapore Home Nursing will not be
responsible for any improper, negligent practice; misconduct or
misuse by the assigned nurse.
Please exercise due diligence to review all necessary
documents and certificates of the registered nurse on the first
home care nursing duty. Please understand, due to large number
of private nurses registration, we are unable to verify the
accuracy of posted private nurse profiles. You may want to
verify with the nurse on the first duty.
